Welcome to 5th Grade Math Class!
Conference Times: 8:15am-9:00am
Hello fellow Cubs! My name is Ms. Vela and I am blessed to say I have been part of the Hart family for nearly three years. I graduated from the University of Texas at El Paso with a Bachelor Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies-Bilingual Education EC-6.
My teaching career began in the fall of 2012 as a fifth grade teacher and from day one I knew this was my passion. I strongly believe it is important to guide students to embrace challenge, find joy through hard work, and self-worth through achievement. In this class we will work hark, do lots of homework, and help each other along the way.
As a Hart family, our mission is to prepare children to become self-reliant and productive individuals. Fifth grade is a challenging year, but together we can help make our Cubs be READY, RESPECTFUL, AND RESPONSIBLE!
